but it’s also pure and honest, to myself and the viewers.

My art is expressive and find its roots in my emotional feelings which I explore in the creative process using different mediums and techniques.

Always looking for a new way to express what I observe within me and within my surroundings. In that creative process I use this relationship between the inner self and the outer world in many of the faces I paint.

Some are selfportraits and some are invented faces. I find my inspiration in the facial expressions of the emotions. To represent a particular emotional, physical and mental state.

I see my work as a signpost through my life journey.
